Jim, are you pretty confident we'll find something low enough to run? I don't think I can make both weekends, so I'm needing to pick one. Not looking to get swept away in a flood.

The rare chance to run Seneca Creek makes it worth the drive for me. I suspect most of the levels in that area will be dropping gradually now as well.

Tim,I know we’ll be ok on the South Branch Saturday.,but I don’ know about tomorrow. I’m leaning toward Glady Fork or the Moorefield canyon. We won’t know until we look at guages in the morning. I can’t be certain of any levels because they’re calling for some rain tonight. But like you I’m not getting on anything at flood stage. I can hike the Rocks and drink beer at camp and be happy chatting with my $20 friends as Charlie would say.

I'm trying to talk Dustin into carrying my boat a mile or so into Dolly Sods, so I can drown on Red Creek. Well worth watching!! I'm not sufficiently familiar with much above Durbin and WFGBR, but seems like there should be something up-creek running.

Looks to me like all you super heroes are gonna have to run Jordan run down to Smoke hole! Make sure and take gopros and gps tech stuff so we can find your bodies and see how it went! har har. I'm still undecided on the details of weekend paddling though. I think Frank and I may do something tomorrow. Still possible for a motel stay and visit that way Saturday morning to make a trip. I'll check back here and again........

Har Har.... I'm still on the fence. Frank and I held out to see what the rest of the rain is going to do. I also see that Brent and company may run paint tomorrow. It's 2 hours away as opposed to 4 hours away. If anyone has a rough idea when the Yokums crew wants to be up and ready in the morning, I'm sure the time will have great influence on whether I get up super early to make the drive, come stay over night, or go south later in the day. I'll check back later...

actually Dave has your straps- his truck we used, so you can swap nose plugs for straps. Woody reunited me with balaclava, after two years Jim got his binoculars and some duct tape back, so it goes.......

Thanks Tony. Wherever I go Dave's plugs are zipped in my PFD. I'm going to buy several pairs to leave in the truck from now on. The strap is good, will circulate back home sometime I'm sure!

It was a great weekend guys! Good water and good weather. I had hoped to do it again this weekend but I think Mother Nature going to snow on my parade. I left my camper up there so got to go get it Friday, will take my boat up and try and find someone to paddle with.

If the levels are good, I'd like to get up there and paddle something. We went ahead and brought our trailer home because with the weather report we thought the weekend might wash out.

I had plans on going back this coming weekend... But with a forecast of 5-8" of snow Saturday I changed my mind
Would go back some other weekend though if someone gets one scheduled

We are out this weekend too. The next weekend we have open is the first weekend in May. I would still like to try the Via Ferrata climb at NROCKS. There may still be water if winter continues to hang on.
