Kevin, you are on the list in pending status. Lauren is a bit behind in her management of the Paypal account for WVWA. Once she catches up your status will be changed to paid and you should be receiving notification from her or Tony.
BTW, the others in pending status are Grayson Dameron, Nicholea Boggs and Cliff Beck.

I think I got my son registered tony. Let me know if you see his registration and payment. Looking forward to the clinic. I would be glad to help if needed. Thanks! Do we just pay for the campsite when we arrive?

Rick you can pay me for camping when you arrive. You're good to go on your registration. Status is listed as "pending" but it will get updated over time. That's on our end not yours if you paid via paypal. It will get updated eventually. We can always use more help.

What time (roughly) will the clinic end on Saturday? A buddy of mine and I may come but his attendence would be dependent on ending time on Saturday. We both attended last year, had a great time and learned alot from Dan and Big Jim.

Caleb typically we wrap up around 5:00. I've got no problem if you want to head out earlier. You could skip going up to Fort Spring and paddling back to the campground- I think some folks might try that at the end of the day.

Tony- I am trying to register one more for the clinic. It may take a little more time as it involves a new membership being activated before the registration can be done, so just count one more in the class.

Wes, I believe that the registration for the clinic can be submitted even if the new membership has not been activated. However, the registration will not be marked as paid until the new membership is activated.

Both links on the page send me to a page that says "You must be a WVWA member to sign up for the clinic". No matter, Tony knows. That's what matters. I'll find a way in under my name and print the page if necessary. It will just take some time on my part.

If a person who is not yet a member wants to register for the clinic, he/she first has to submit an application to join the club. When the application is submitted, the information is added to the roster in pending status. After Lauren verifies that the payment was made, she will update the membership status to paid.
The user does not have to wait for Lauren to update the membership status to paid in order to register for the clinic.
When the user tries to sign up for the clinic, the first name, last name and email address that is entered is compared to the information in the roster. If all 3 values are found in a single record in the roster, the status in that record is checked. The status can be active (a current member), inactive (a former member who hasn't paid his/her dues for 2015) or pending (a new member).
If the status is "inactive", the following error message is displayed:
Your membership has expired, please renew your membership to register for the clinic
Otherwise the registration form is accepted and the user will see the web page for payment.
If the user is a former member who hasn't paid dues for 2015 and his/her information is still in the roster, it will be in "inactive" status. In that case, the user will have to renew his/her membership and wait for Lauren to update the roster to show that the user had paid dues before he/she can submit the clinic registration form. For example, Amber Stohr and Brian Adkins are in the roster as "inactive" even though Amber has gone through the process of renewing their membership. Neither of them could register for the clinic until Lauren updates their membership status to "active".
