Date: 3/3/19 River: Paint Creek Level: 2.5" Coordinator: Participants: Brent, Kenny, Dustin Comments: Slightly rising water levels with falling temperatures today, but everything aligned for a few hours to get us out on Paint.
Steady rain the entire trip. It wasn't cold paddling, moving at a quick pace and only stopping to surf a few times.
There was some new wood in the beginning if the run, the first rapid after making the left hand bend. Wood is on the left, easily seen and avoidable by going right.
Despite the cold rain and low water, it was still a fun afternoon. Sure beats not boating!
