Oh and Charlie, remember, you can use my truck to collect gear but I'll be loading the firewood in the back of the truck when I go up there. Should be more than enough space in the trailer , (AKA Waller Hauler).

Charlie, I will be bringing one extra kayak with skirt, paddle and PFD (my Dagger) I will also bring 2 duckies, one duckie can seat 2 people. I will have paddles, and PFDs for the duckies. I will go straight to GC with the above gear and Betty and my gear. Betty will drive her Morano to GSB. She can leave it there or if necessary transport people and kayaks to GC. Hope this is OK.

Saturday we all meet at put in @ 9 am drop gear and boats take your car to put in hitch..walk...run...wait for shuttle to take you back to top
There we will be fitting campers to boats and skirts....this is one of the most time consuming part....but not bad...then we wet exit...which also takes a bit of time....but very necessary....pod up and start down river ... Sunday we will meet at 9 as well at take out and start the trek to put in...people hauling gear will take it and as many people with them as they can....i need to double check time...but i believe we start early for all the out of state folks needing to get on the road. Thanks again everyone for stepping up in the absence of many staple players... It going to be another great NYSC event... lets go boating!

talked to mason on the phone yesterday and he says he cleared his summer work schedule to help both days. I'm havin' fun on vacation- paddled the elkhorn in ky, niobrara in nebraska, spent two days on the north fork of the shoshone in wy, and one short paddle on the snake in wy. Heading into the payette basin in ID this afternoon. Stay safe and enjoy the river and the campers.

All volunteers need to complete the waiver forms for the ACA and WVWA. The forms can be found at www.wvwa.net/wvwa-nysc-volunteer-waivers.pdfYou can make it easier on everyone by printing the forms, completing them before the event, and bringing them to the event.

If you have room, you might try stopping at the take out on your way in. There may be people there that need a ride to the top.

Dave, any time in the morning good for me. Should have base camp set up Thursday afternoon or evening at Ace. Got to be ready for everybody coming in Friday night. Advance recon and all... The only plan at this point is to be ready. It's show time folks! Let's make it happen!
